With a passion to empower women toward a lifestyle of wellbeing, Pam has been developing and teaching a successful 12 week wellness program since 1999.
Being raised in a single-parent family of 4 children, Pam has seen firsthand how an unhealthy lifestyle (smoking, alcohol abuse, drugs, poor food choices, and negative thinking) can have a detrimental effect on your health and success in life. She also knows that you don’t have to follow the path of others that leads to destruction. By changing behaviors and developing new habits and outlooks, your life can be more than you dreamed it could be!
Pursuing a career in the fitness industry in 1998, Pam became certified as a personal trainer, SPIN instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Wellness Coach. As the past owner and founder of Forever Fit! an award-winning women’s fitness studio in Channel Islands, California, opened in 2004.
Pam has taken her passion to help others further by studying to become a certified Wellness Coach. Her own personal battles to overcome obstacles in the pursuit of wellness, give her an empathy for others who struggle and a strong desire to see others achieve balance in their physical, mental, and emotional lives.
