My Luck turned for the better when I ran into Pam Vos. I'm recovering from breast cancer and really needed to find something that would motivate me. Pam is the one! I look forward to workout out with private sessions, plus I attend her new class called "Pushing 50". Pilates has given me a new lease on life. I never knew exercising could be so much fun!
