PUSHING 50! (Minutes)
This 50 minute circuit training class combines strength and cardio training to torch fat and get fit! Each day is different and fun. Free weights and bands are used indoors and outdoors, some pilates mat work, a little dancing, cardio moves and pilates on the equipment. Get into a routine!
Push yourself for 50 minutes 3 times a week!

Personal Chef/Healthy Meal Planning

Having trouble getting a healthy meal plan put together? Pam will come into your home and help you design a plan for you and your family. Pantry basics, grocery store tour, menu planning and/or meal prep. No time to cook? Let Pam prepare delicious healthy meals/snacks, delivered to your home. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served!

Personal Taining
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength, flexibilty, balance and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine pilates, weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.

This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.
Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
