Wellness is the condition of good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by proper diet, exercise, and life habits. Forever Fit Living is a 12-week program that focuses on helping individuals identify his/her health, fitness and wellness vision, motivators, obstacles, and strategies to overcome obstacles.   

This program includes12 lessons broken into 4 categories: Your mindset, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. The online version includes the workbook, 12 weekly video podcasts, a private facebook group for support and community, access to special gifts and offers, tips from Pam, and encouragement needed to help you achieve freedom and growth in your pursuit of a happy and healthy life.

Forever Fit Living provides a built-in structure of accountability by providing weekly sessions that focus on educating and guiding clients with the process of seeing where they are now, where they want to go, and how to get there. Effective, long lasting change takes place when clients have a deeper understanding of themselves and what motivates them. Weekly sessions teach clients to take small steps in the areas of fitness, nutrition, weight management, health risk, and stress management.  

By the end of 12 weeks, clients typically reach more than 70% of their 3-month behavior goals and are energized and confident to commit to the next stage – maintaining Forever Fit Living!
